你知道喝茶也要看時間嗎?

喝茶雖然對人體健康有正面的幫助,但錯誤的喝茶時間卻會造成反效果。空腹的時候不宜飲茶,因為單寧酸或稱為鞣酸,會刺激胃酸分泌,造成胃痛或腸胃不適;飯後也不能馬上喝茶,因為茶葉中的單寧酸(鞣酸),會與食物中的蛋白質鐵質產生作用而結合成塊,不利營養吸收與消化,如果飯後喝的茶越濃,影響消化的情況也越嚴重,因此建議飯後一到兩小時再喝茶會比較適當。另外,對咖啡因較敏感、容易失眠的人也不適合太晚喝茶,因此選擇正確的喝茶時間與茶的種類,對於健康與生活品質而言是很重要的[1-2]。

一天中最好的喝茶時間大概可以分成三個時段。首先,早晨來一杯淡茶,可以適當補充因一夜睡眠而流失的水分,有效降低血壓。若以茶類區分,則以紅茶較佳,因為紅茶溫和,可以促進血液循環,去除體內寒氣與達到暖胃、提神的作用[3-6]。

接著,午後大約三點來一杯適當的濃茶,此時可以視為比較重要的喝茶時段,能夠調節與提升身體機能。若以茶類區分,則以烏龍茶綠茶較佳,因為烏龍茶綠茶對於緩解午後人體較容易感覺到的燥熱感有極大的幫助[3-6]。

最後,在晚上八點半前後喝茶可以提升人體免疫系統功能。若以茶類區分,則以黑茶普洱茶較佳,相較綠茶的刺激性較大,飯後一至兩個小時來一杯溫和的黑茶普洱茶不僅能夠幫助分解脂肪,也不會對睡眠品質有很大的影響[3-6]。

即使有最適合的喝茶時間,仍然要注意的是在這些時段內,絕對不可以空腹喝茶以及飯後馬上飲茶。喝茶必須要搭配適當的時間與茶類,才能真正達到健康保健的效果。

The best tea time in a day should be emphasized. It is harmful to drink tea both before meal and after meal immediately as a result of tannic acid (tannin). In the first aspect, tannic acid could accelerate the rate of gastric juices secreted, which may lead to stomachache. In the second aspect, tannic acid would make protein and iron solidified, blocking the digestion of the nutrition. Thicker tea you drink after meal, the greater influence you have on digestion. Therefore, it is suggested that drinking tea one to two hours later than meal be better. It is recommended that those who are sensitive to caffeine or sleep should have a cup of tea earlier as well. Choosing the suitable tea and drinking it at the right time is important for both health and the quality of life[1-2].

The best tea time in a day can be separated into three parts. First, drinking the light tea in the morning can replenish water in human body depleted when sleeping, which may lower the blood pressure effectively. Specifically, black tea is recommended to improve blood circulation and freshen ourselves. Second, the important tea time in the afternoon, having a cup of thicker tea at about three o’clock, can improve body functions. Either green tea or oolong tea helps reduce the hot feeling, which should be the top choice in the afternoon. Third, drinking tea at around eight o’clock in the evening benefits our immune system. Drinking puer tea which tastes smoothly one to two hours after meal helps digest fat, and wouldn’t lead to sleeplessness, compared to the strong taste of green tea. In spite of the best tea time mentioned above, we still should be careful to drink tea neither before meal nor after meal instantly. The key to keep healthy by tea is to enjoy the right tea at the right time[3-6].
