努力上班, 卻悄悄長出肥肉? 眼睛疲勞與心情焦慮, 該怎麼辦?

在辦公室的上班族常常因為久坐,加上有時候吃完午餐之後又馬上坐下來而可能也有肥胖問題的產生。不過,喝茶可以調節身體代謝減少脂肪形成降低體脂肪與膽固醇,有助於預防肥胖與相關的心血管疾病等。因此,吃完午餐之後,過一兩個小時喝茶,不僅可以解油膩,還可以幫助脂肪分解,減少午餐後因為馬上坐下繼續工作而可能累積在身體內的多餘熱量,同時喝茶也可以降低血壓,有助於改善血管的功能[1-3]。

另外,因為上班時一直盯著電腦看,茶葉含有豐富的維生素類胡蘿蔔素,對於眼睛保健有很大的效果,而茶中的茶多酚還可以對抗輻射,減少因為長時間使用電腦而對身體帶來的傷害。另一方面,每天有許多人因為加班或下班後太疲累,沒有養成規律運動的習慣,時間一久,身體衰老的速度自然就會加快,而茶中的茶多酚維生素具有抗氧化功能,可以防止細胞老化,達到延緩衰老的效果,同時還具有抑制癌細胞生長的功能,減少罹患現代文明病的可能[1-3]。

最重要的是由於茶葉含有豐富的茶胺酸,因此喝茶也可以幫助心情穩定減少焦慮的心情。上班族壓力大,經常外食且又常常在冷氣房久坐,一方面喝茶可以有助於舒緩神經,兼具有提神作用,工作時更神清氣爽與頭腦清楚,間接提高工作效率,一方面喝茶可以減少因為油膩外食加上久坐、少運動而可能產生的肥胖或相關疾病,因此茶葉可以說是現在忙碌生活中,維持健康不可或缺的一種飲品。不過,千萬別為了要更提神而泡出很濃的茶,也不要喝下過量的茶,這樣會增加腎臟代謝的負擔,甚至造成心悸的問題,因此每天喝茶要適度且適量才能真正獲得最大的健康。

People gains weight because of long working hour on a chair, especially sitting down immediately after lunch. However, tea can help body metabolism and reduce fat and cholesterol, and thus prevent from cardiovascular diseases. Therefore, drinking tea 1-2 hours after lunch helps fat splitting and digest extra calories. Furthermore, tea is capable to  lower blood pressure. The heath of veins is improved as well [1-3].

Tea, containing rich vitamins and carotenoids, offers lots of health benefits to eyes. Polyphenols in tea can reduce the health impact from the PC radiation. In addition, most people are too tired to workout regularly after work. The body aging, therefore, is faster than expected. However, polyphenols and vitamins in tea are antioxidants which can improve the aging issue and suppress the cancer proliferation [1-3].

The L-theanine helps alleviation of psychological stress [4-5]. Pause a few minute and have a cup of tea. Start over after refreshing yourself. The efficiency and quality of work will be significantly improved.

Do not drink too strong or excess amount of tea.  It may burden the kidney and potentially lead to palpitations. Appropriate amount of tea per day is suggested to keep us in the best healthy condition.
