你知道怎麼搭配茶與食物嗎?你該試試這樣喝茶.

1.紅茶中通常推薦的食物是三明治蛋糕餅乾布丁甜點,或是與搭配紅酒相似的食物,像是肉類與咖哩。若以紅茶口感又可以細分為澀甘類紅茶,例如阿薩姆紅茶,以蛋糕泡芙鬆餅搭配尤佳;帶有些苦味的紅茶,例如錫蘭紅茶,以略帶酸性的點心,例如檸檬派葡萄乾搭配最好;較為清香的紅茶,例如大吉嶺紅茶,不宜搭配味道過於濃重的點心;甜度較低的酸甜類紅茶,例如日月潭紅茶,可以搭配鳳梨酥羊羹綠豆椪芒果乾;甜度較高的酸甜類紅茶,例如金萱紅茶,可以搭配甜度較低的方塊酥糕點或是鹹蛋糕[1-7]。

2.綠茶清香淡雅,口感鮮甜,由於口味較重的食物容易蓋過綠茶的味道,因此通常不應該搭配味道較為濃郁的食物,普遍與白酒搭配的海鮮沙拉水果,都能與綠茶相搭配,清淡烹煮的蔬菜穀類麵包三明治也是不錯的選擇,其中綠茶鹹食較為搭配,像是蓮藕酥太陽餅老婆餅、各式蒸點春捲等,若是搭配甜食,例如蛋糕等,則可以達到解膩的作用[1-7]。

3.烏龍茶依香氣可以概分為清香與濃味,清香烏龍茶帶有些花香,適合與海鮮沙拉餅乾搭配;濃味烏龍茶則推薦與魚類燒烤類食物搭配,而普遍烏龍茶並不適合搭配早餐,例如荷包蛋鬆餅等,選擇上以低糖或具味的食物為佳,類似綠茶的搭配,例如排骨滷牛肉等肉類料理,可以去油解膩[1-7]。

4.普洱茶口感滑順,根據研究顯示,由於普洱茶經過獨特的發酵過程,具有提高分解脂肪的功能,對促進脂肪代謝有很大的幫助,因此適合搭配甜膩、油膩或口味較重的食物,不只能去油解膩,還能解毒暖胃幫助消化,並防止高膽固醇高血壓甜點像是綠茶酥豆沙餡甜糯米糕,而重口味食物則例如牛肉排骨料理麻辣鍋等[1-7]。

5.鐵觀音香氣濃郁,口感強烈,含有大量的茶多酚物質可以有效促進脂肪代謝去油解膩,還可以保護腸胃黏膜,適合搭配麵食包子餅類[1-7]。

Recommend food with various tea

Tea has different smells and tastes with different food recommend. Cookies, cakes and sandwiches is suitable for black tea. Especially for the light bitter black tea, sour food, such as lemon pie, is recommended. For the sweet-less black tea, pineapple cakes and jelly are recommended, and for the sweeter one, sweet-less or salty food is favored [1-7].

Green tea smells good and tastes soft, and the flavor is easily replaced by strong flavor food. Therefore, it is recommended to drink with seafood, salad and fruits. Light cooked vegetables, cereals and bread sandwiches are preferred as well. Moreover, green tea is suitable for salty food, compared to the sweet one [1-7]. Oolong tea can be divided into light and strong smell. The first one smells like flowers, which is suitable for seafood, salad and cookies. Fish and grilled food are recommended for the stronger smell of Oolong tea. The best choice of tea for salty food is oolong, similar to green tea [1-7].

Puer tea tastes soft, and helps promote fat metabolism due to its special process of ferment. Therefore, it is recommend to drink puer tea after eating greasy or sweet food, such as cakes and spicy hot pot. Puer tea can relieve uncomfortable feeling resulting from greasy or sweet food [1-7]. Tieguanyin tea smells and tastes strong, helping reduce fat and protect stomach due to rich polyphenols. Noodles and buns are recommended [1-7].
