緊張焦慮做不好事怎麼辦?

經研究證實喝茶可以舒緩緊張的心情,有效減少焦慮情緒。由於茶葉中含有豐富的茶胺酸(L-茶胺酸),屬於茶葉特有的一種胺基酸,以游離形式存在於茶葉中,具有舒緩神經維持心情穩定的效果,有助於降低罹患憂鬱症的機率。由於茶胺酸帶有甘甜味,因此茶胺酸含量越高,茶湯也越甘甜。茶胺酸大約占了一半以上的總胺基酸,相當乾燥茶葉1-2%的重量,其含量隨著發酵程度越高而減少,因此以綠茶茶胺酸含量最高,而根據日本研究也發現每天喝4杯以上的綠茶,與一天喝不到一杯的人相比,能減少20%到44%罹患憂鬱症的風險 [1-6]。

The relation between tea and mood

Research proves that tea can help release pressure and reduce anxiety. Tea containing rich theanine(L- theanine), free amino acids in tea, can effectively relieve tension and maintain stable mood, which lowers the possibility of getting depression. Theanine has the sweet taste. Therefore, more theanine in tea tastes sweetened more. Furthermore, Theanine accounts for the half of total amino acids, about 1-2% weight of dry tea. Theanine becomes less with the ferment increasing. Therefore, green tea contains the most theanine. The possibility of getting depression for people drinking at least 4 cups of green tea per day is 20-44% lower than those who seldom drink per day according to Japanese research[1-6].

Theanine influences brain activity and secretion of neurotransmitters. That is, theanine benefits the release of α wave and dopamine in central nervous system, which can help relax and reduce anxiety. It can improve insomnia as well. In addition, theanine can increase memory and learning capability, prevent illness related to brain and Alzheimer, lower blood pressure, and improve immune system to protect from bacteria.
